At Ackermans, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original price tags attached.

Pack Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the parcel to prevent processing delays.
Choose a Return Method
Drop off your package at any Ackermans store nationwide for free, or schedule a courier collection via our online portal for a small fee.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
